EB Family Day
If you or a family member have EB, then join us at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park on Sunday 4th October!
Join us for lunch and then, while the adults hear from the EB experts, the children will be entertained with games and crafts. There will be plenty of time to ask questions, as well as for tea and cake so that families can catch up with old friends and make some new ones!

Our EB Family Day is an event for our wonderful EB community to come together, have fun and catch up on the latest EB research news. It’s always a lot of fun and we would love to see you there! It is free to attend, but you must book your place.
Confirmed Speakers
Prof John McGrath
John is Professor of Molecular Dermatology and Head of the Genetic Skin Disease Unit at King’s College London, and a Consultant based at Guy’s Hospital in London, where he is Head of the St John’s Institute of Dermatology. He is an internationally renowned expert in EB, and a past president of the European Society for Dermatological Research.
Prof Jemima Mellerio
Jemima is a Consultant Dermatologist and lead of the National Adult EB service at Guy’s and St Thomas’ hospital. She is on the executive committees of the British Association of Dermatologists, the British Society of Paediatric and Adolescent Dermatology, and the International Society of Pediatric Dermatology. She is also a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians.
